Introduction to mesh belt dryer:
Mesh belt dryer is a batch and continuous production drying equipment, mainly used for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good breathability. The pressed finished products are directly transported to the flat conveyor through a conveyor, and the finished product balls are evenly distributed on the dryer through the scraper at the upper end of the flat conveyor, improving the breathability of the finished materials and achieving the drying effect. This can ensure the continuous production of the equipment, achieve automatic and manual temperature control, and realize stepless speed regulation.
The product is suitable for drying, dehydrating, and solidifying products in various shapes such as segments, sheets, and shapes. It is to evenly lay the materials on a mesh belt, which uses 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt and is dragged back and forth in the dryer by a transmission device. Hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the dryer can be made into multiple layers, commonly including two chamber three layer, two chamber five layer, with a length of 6-40m and an effective width of 0.6-3.0m.
